QC Photo Guide — How to Read Quality Checks

QC (Quality Check) photos are your chance to approve or reject a rep before it ships. Here's how to read them like a pro in 2025.

📸 What QC Photos Should Show

A good QC set includes: front, back, sides, close-ups of logos, stitching, soles/movements and any brand markings. If photos are missing angles, request more.

👟 QC Checklist — Shoes

• Logo shape and font matches retail
• Stitching is even, no loose threads
• Sole pattern is accurate
• Tongue tag spelling is correct
• Insole branding is clean

⌚ QC Checklist — Watches

• Dial printing is crisp, no smudges
• Hands move smoothly (request video)
• Crown engraving is clean
• Date wheel aligns properly
• Case back detail matches retail

👜 QC Checklist — Bags

• Monogram/pattern alignment is straight
• Stitching is tight and even
• Hardware color matches retail
• Interior lining is clean
• Straps are symmetrical

❌ Red Flags

Reject QC if you see: misaligned logos, crooked stitching, wrong colors, branding typos, damaged packaging. Hipobuy will either replace or refund rejected items.

✅ Green Flags

Approve when: all logos match retail, materials look correct, stitching is neat, no visible flaws. Remember no rep is 100% perfect — aim for 95%+ accuracy.
